Job Description

  • Provide dedicated and direct engagement with new De Novo leadership for implementing new MGA locations across the country
  • Work with PMO and corporate IT to align schedules and deliverables with accurate and reasonable timelines for success
  • Follow standardized processes, cost controls, and approved vendors for timely delivery of products and services
  • Manage hardware and service procurement and delivery across VAR partners and product lines
  • Manage onsite contractors for installation of hardware and services
  • Provide onsite assistance for final connectivity check and end-user satisfaction
  • Define and develop site specific knowledgebase documentation under supervision of the corporate technology team
  • Guide knowledge transfer and support transition to corporate technology team
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, telephony, security, and networking equipment
  • Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively:
    • Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
    • Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
    • Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
  • System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure systems such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google
  • Working knowledge of virtualization, HyperV, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
  • Available to travel approx. 25%
  • May be required to lift up to 50lbs during installs

Additional Information

The salaryrange for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually
