Job Description
- Provide dedicated and direct engagement with new De Novo leadership for implementing new MGA locations across the country
- Work with PMO and corporate IT to align schedules and deliverables with accurate and reasonable timelines for success
- Follow standardized processes, cost controls, and approved vendors for timely delivery of products and services
- Manage hardware and service procurement and delivery across VAR partners and product lines
- Manage onsite contractors for installation of hardware and services
- Provide onsite assistance for final connectivity check and end-user satisfaction
- Define and develop site specific knowledgebase documentation under supervision of the corporate technology team
- Guide knowledge transfer and support transition to corporate technology team
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, telephony, security, and networking equipment
- Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively:

- Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
- Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure systems such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google
- Working knowledge of virtualization, HyperV, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Available to travel approx. 25%
- May be required to lift up to 50lbs during installs

The salaryrange for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annuallyBenefits:- Weekly pay
