Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
Lead a technical team:
Analyze and derive test cases using functional and technical specifications especially on system integration mapping documentation.
Implement configure and maintain the Warehouse Management System to meet the company's operation requirement.
Collaborate with It and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of WMS with other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with Cross Functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for WMS Enhancements and modifications.
Provide Technical Support and training to clients on JDA Products
Application Support:
Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues, proposing and implementing improvements where necessary. Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health.User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users to ensure efficient utilization. Develop user guides and documentation. Assist users in understanding and using the application effectively.Liaison with Stakeholders: Collaborate with the client's business team to understand their needs and offer solutions. Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security. 6 years of experience as a Solutions Specialist in a Consulting role on a Application Managed Service contract.
3+ years of experience with JDA WMS.
Understanding of demand and supply planning process.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, capable of dealing with both technical and non-technical staff.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
