Laborer for Janitorial Stone Floor Care

We are seeking skilled and experienced Janitorial/Maintenance Technicians with specialized expertise in stone floor care and strong proficiency in operating low and high-speed floor cleaning machines. The ideal candidates will have a proven background in janitorial and maintenance work, specifically in stripping, waxing, and maintaining stone floors.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional with 3–4 years of janitorial industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years dedicated to floor care equipment operation. Candidates must be reliable, teamwork-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications:

3–4 years of janitorial/maintenance experience, with a strong focus on floor care.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating floor care machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers).

Extensive knowledge of stone floor care, including stripping, waxing, and polishing various stone materials.

Ability to work independently and manage cleaning schedules efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment and supplies.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required NIGHT SHIFT

Familiarity with safety standards and proper chemical handling procedures.
