Landscaper

Experienced landscaper wanted for part time work doing residential maintenance in retirement communities of Sun City Grand and Sun City West.

Your duties will include assessing the landscaping needs of each property and ensuring the work is done correctly and in a timely manner.

You will be expected to communicate with each homeowner and follow their directions regarding the work to be done:

Shaping shrubs

Trimming trees (up to 8 ft)

Blowing and raking the yard

Inspecting the irrigation system and making any necessary repairs

This is a part time position: 2 or 3 days a week.

Starting pay is $20-25/hr depending on experience.
