About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled and proactive tools and platform strategist with deep experience and passion for attracting and engaging talent. This role will support the enhancement, expansion, utilization, and optimization of our attraction and engagement platforms and tools on a global scale.In this role, you will be responsible for a comprehensive Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) program and will be responsible for database management as well as building and executing on Talent Attraction strategies to drive reach, awareness, engagement, and interest within our Talent CommunityYou will drive the development and delivery of training, utilization of resource materials, and the planning and execution of programs and initiatives to enhance the impact of the Beamery CRM and other attraction and engagement tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, and more) while providing exceptional service and support for users worldwide.In this role you will:

Drive strategic growth initiatives focused on talent attraction and engagement

Manage the full lifecycle of CRM activities (from strategy, requirement gathering, creative approach, optimization, monitoring, reporting, audit, and analysis

Lead ongoing optimization programs to dive continued growth and engagement with talent

Drive optimization and adoption of best practices and tactics across Talent Acquisition that deliver results

Work with cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring innovative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Leverage relationships to stay current on industry trends, best practices and innovations

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and deploy implementation of developed solutions and plans

Collaborate and consult with stakeholders and executive leaders to drive strategic initiatives and generate results

Influence, guide, and lead less experienced strategy and execution staff within the group

Develop and sustain constructive working relationships with recruiters, technology, product, compliance team members, align with HR teams and hiring managers as well as vendors.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent attraction and engagement.

Experience in a global role, supporting users across multiple regions and markets.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Beamery, and talent attraction tools such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed

Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users globally.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong project management skills, including being able to handle multiple projects concurrently

Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplishing business goals

Strategic recruitment or talent marketing experience developing integrated campaigns using multiple channels
