Leasing and Administrative Coordinator

Stop. This Isn’t Just Another Leasing or Admin Job.

Most agents want someone to “handle paperwork” or “help with listings.”

That’s not this job.

I’m looking for a licensed professional to work directly with me — someone who’s confident, organized, and skilled in leasing coordination and real estate administration.

You’ll be my right hand — managing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps deals moving, listings sharp, and clients impressed — while I focus on relationships, listings, and growth.

If you’re the kind of person who thrives when others rely on you and you take pride in getting things done right the first time, keep reading.

Who We Are

At Russ Lyon Sotheby's in Scottsdale, we don’t just list homes or Apartments — we deliver experiences that connect people to lifestyle, community, and legacy. Every property tells a story, and every client deserves concierge-level service.

You’ll play a vital role in that story.

Working directly with me, you’ll be part of a small, high-performing team where your work is seen, valued, and appreciated every single day.

This is not a task job — it’s a growth position. As my business expands in 2026, you’ll grow with it.

What You’ll Do (And Love Doing)

Handle all aspects of leasing coordination: advertising, showings, screening tenants, lease prep, move-ins/move-outs, and renewals

Assist with real estate transactions — managing timelines, documents, compliance, and smooth closings

Maintain MLS listings, marketing materials, and client files

Coordinate with photographers and videographers for listing and social content

Prepare property marketing (flyers, mailers, open houses, community events)

Answer client inquiries and provide updates with professionalism and warmth

Help plan and host open houses and neighborhood events that grow our brand and relationships

Manage CRM, follow-up systems, and admin tasks to keep operations running efficiently

Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and keep everything moving forward

What We’re Looking For

Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)

1–3 years of experience in leasing coordination, real estate admin, or transaction support

Strong knowledge of Arizona leases, disclosures, and AAR forms

Highly organized and detail-driven — nothing slips through the cracks

Confident communicator who represents the brand with class and warmth

Tech savvy — comfortable with MLS, DocuSign, CRM systems, and social media tools

A self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys working independently but collaboratively

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Hourly range: $22 – $32/hour

Equivalent annual salary: $50,000 – $65,000, depending on experience

Paid vacation — recharge and reset without sacrificing income

Bonus potential and expanded role as the business grows

Direct mentorship and day-to-day collaboration with Dario Lorenzo at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s

The prestige of working within Arizona’s top luxury brokerage

A culture of excellence, growth, and opportunity where A-players thrive
