Avant Garde is a rapidly growing property management company, specializing in Single-Family and Multi-Family communities. We manage a wide range of properties, from individual homes to small communities, many of which do not have onsite staff.

Now, we’re excited to expand our services! Our leasing department is growing into a full-fledged housing locator service, helping people find affordable, quality housing. We’re looking for driven and organized individuals to join our team!

What We Offer:

Competitive pay: We bill clients 1/2 of 1 month’s rent and offer agents 70% commission of the fee

Requirements:

Arizona Real Estate Sales License (required)

Leasing experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Great running vehicle.
