We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a new Level 3.5 Lead - Split NBS Pool / TCT to join our client for an on-site position. This position is primarily TCT and assisting in Pool when needed.TCT Overview:
- Attendance tracking
- Sending Out of Office notification
- Ticket creation / scheduling
- E-mail / Phone Monitoring
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting
- Processing overtime requests
- Maintain SharePoint Databases
- Maintain Pool technician s daily schedules by scheduling technician appointment
- Shipping receiving of OTR tickets
- Overtime approvals
- Maintain technician backfills for all regions
- Assist with escalations
- Duties include putting OS on client laptops / desktops / tablets, configuration, and client data migration - Nice to have not required
- Advanced break-fix support of software / hardware issues for clients - Nice to have not required
- Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database - They use Service Now
- Flexibility required and the willingness to change directions within an hour, sometimes less
- Ability to work in a team dynamic and backfill for team members
- Excellent communication skills are required, as the associate will have frequent interactions with clients in person and also via phone / email / IM
- Work inside clean room sporadically
- Walking long distances required daily
- Executive escalation support
