  • 3+ years of related experience required
  • New Linux PC deployments
  • Linux PC imaging using the client s baseline Linux image
  • Break-fix Linux PC repairs
  • Linux PC patching
  • Service Request fulfillment such as software repositories, etc.
  • Local Linux PC account creation and password resets
  • Experience with the following Operating Systems:
    • Red Hat / Centos OS
    • Ubuntu
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
