You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support on supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact to business results.Key Responsibilities
Lead the team to execute the logistics strategy
Manage overall operational targets
Evaluate material flow
Ensure transaction compliance
Supervise logistic team
Improve labor efficiency
Manage Third Party Warehouse relationship
Drive team excellence and talent retention
Drive continuous improvement culture
Manage Logistics Teams and Facilitate New Hire Onboarding and Training
Review and Manage Logistics Operations Costs such as Inbound/Outbound Freight, Supplies, etc.
Manage and Adjust the Logistics MOS (i.e. Monitoring Logistics Metrics, Leading Tier Meetings, Creating Standard Work and Work Instructions, etc.)
Participate in Physical Inventory and Other Inventory-Related Activities
Report Out on Key Performance Indicators to Site Leadership and Other Functional Teams
Participate in Logistics Strategy Deployment and Complete Strategic Projects
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Related Discipline
Some experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
Some experience in Supervision role
Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good analytical skills
