LPN Part Time - Silver Springs

Here at Silver Springs you have a chance to get to know your patients; our residents count on the LPN to provide compassionate care. You will provide residents with nursing services in accordance with physician’s orders. The LPN is responsible for the administration of medications and treatments. 

 

Essential Duties: Supervise and direct resident assistants. Perform resident assessments. Order and administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physician. Monitor response to existing treatment plans. Provide residents with care as needed. Supervise Med Aides and Caregivers. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies.
