Job Title: Machine Operator and Backup Driver

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Employment Status: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Fridauy 7:00am to 3:30pm

Overall Purpose and Objective of This Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Machine Operator to join our team at our Phoenix location. The primary responsibility of this position is to operate machines as needed while also serving as a backup for our Driver and Warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain organizational flow within the departments to help achieve our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate all machines safely and with caution, ensuring a clean and organized machine area.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the plant, including office spaces, restrooms, and surrounding areas.

Report any emergencies immediately to your Manager and HR.

Assist with Will Call and delivery preparation when not operating machines.

Cover Driver duties during absences, including:

Daily input of all deliveries into the Google Drive folder.

Faxing all delivery documents to Accounting and Manager.

Cover Warehouse duties during absences, including:

Performing daily and monthly inventory checks.

Entering daily inventory information into the Google Drive.

Unload outside containers as needed.

Participate in scheduled cleaning assignments as directed by the Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in machine operation or similar roles is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
