This non-academic post will provide day-to-day supervision of the clinical coordination team, within Clinical Operations. This position requires a high level of leadership and analytical skills to advance the wellness and support programs of Chamberlain University (CU). The Manager will be sensitive to the broad range and complex clinical coordination issues and appropriate resolutions. The Manager must maintain current knowledge of compliance measures and accreditation requirements of assigned region.

ResponsibilitiesHire, train and develop Clinical Coordination SpecialistsManage the workload of the team and complete Clinical Coordination Specialist tasks when short-staffedMaintain a high level of quality clinical services through supervision of Clinical Coordination SpecialistsReview and prioritize of student clinical escalationsComplete performance review evaluations for direct reportsParticipate in quality assurance tasks, including review of placement records, accreditation site visits, etc.  Plan, develop and present trainings for partners and internal colleaguesMaintain a flexible schedule, with a willingness to participate in university activities and eventsMaintain relationships with community partnersAssist in budget preparation, tracking program/division expensesDemonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, colleagues, and university leadershipParticipate in leadership team meetings and other leadership development activitiesServe as subject matter expert on all aspects of clinical relations/operations and own all relative SOPs and job aidesThis position is a designated Campus Security Authority.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
