Their involvement in implementing transformative changes is paramount.The essence of this role lies in fostering collaboration with an array of partner-provided marketing platforms like Adobe, Sitecore, and Salesforce, in addition to various enterprise Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). Moreover, our consultants actively engage with Acxiom's product team to comprehensively understand data and content dynamics across these systems.JOB ROLE SUMMARYIn your role, you will engage directly with our valued customers, delivering top-tier consulting services that seamlessly harmonize cutting-edge technologies to cater to their unique needs, all while harnessing the power of Acxiom products. Your exceptional skill set will shine in your ability to discern the intricate business challenges faced by prospects and clients, transforming these challenges into comprehensive business requirements that intricately align data with user journeys. Mastery in customer expectation management and project scope control will be your forte, artfully orchestrated through workshops and meetings. Your integral collaboration with stakeholders will serve as the driving catalyst, propelling projects towards triumphant success.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals while designing and implementing customized marketing strategies that leverage technology to achieve desired outcomes.

Technology Roadmap Planning: Partner closely with clients to develop comprehensive technology roadmaps, providing expert guidance on adopting and integrating marketing technology platforms.

Vendor Assessment and Selection: Evaluate and assess marketing technology vendors to ensure compatibility with clients' requirements and objectives, providing recommendations on vendor selection based on thorough assessments.

Use Case Definition: Identify and define specific use cases for marketing technology implementation and develop detailed use case scenarios to demonstrate the proposed solutions' potential impact and benefits.

Business Requirement Definition: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify clients' specific business requirements for marketing technology solutions, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.

Business Value Assessment: Quantify the potential business value and ROI of proposed marketing technology solutions and provide clients with data-driven insights on the anticipated impact of technology investments.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a closely related field is a fundamental requirement

MBA or advanced degree is a notable advantage

15+ years in marketing technology consulting or a related role

Interpersonal prowess in collaborating with clients and internal teams

Paramount problem-solving skills for overcoming complex challenges

Extensive experience in the marketing technology industry, with a comprehensive understanding of evolving trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Proven success in providing strategic consulting services to a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies

Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into effective marketing technology solutions

Proficiency in various marketing technologies, including customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation software, CRM systems, data analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms.
