Job Summary:Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology Product Line team supporting a common product supporting multiple programs in a fast-paced development environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of developing and achieving program material delivery, implementing material program strategies in a matrixed environment, and successfully interface with functional and program leadership.In this role, you’ll be the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams. You’ll create and execute the Program Material Strategy to ensure the flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure.This position supports a composable product development effort that requires the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment where successful material strategy execution is a key contributor to overall program success.This position is an onsite role.What You Will Do:

Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans

Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process

Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (T-Attachments) and/or Modifications (TCMs)

Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)

Coordination of Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes

Generating and processing Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests

Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management

Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs)

Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements

Proficient with in Microsoft Office software applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel including Pivot Tables)

Ability to support complex product development efforts

Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation

Strong communication skills and ability/confidence in escalating critical issues expeditiously

General knowledge of the procurement cycle

General knowledge of Operations

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
