Job Summary:The Strategic Missile Defense Business Office has an immediate Program Cost Controls Analyst opportunity to provide support for SM-3 BLK IIA program efforts. This lead analyst role will support and lead two multi-year CPIF development programs in our classified space. This program offers a unique opportunity to connect and collaborate with the Customer on a continuing basis. Successful execution and management of these two programs is a key focus both internally and externally, and the analyst will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership in decision making and execution.We value diverse skills and experience, so don’t hold back. The role is located in Tucson, AZ and relocation assistance is being provided. Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Management of two EVMS contracts, analysis of program performance, utilization of APEX, for Project and PMX tools, quarterly EACs, monthly forecasting including tracking variances, interfacing with Cost Account Managers, and leadership of two junior finance analysts.

Ability to work on a range of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts

Professional and effective communication skills are required due to the frequent interaction with program, product line and functional leadership

Qualifications You Must Have:

An active and transferable U.S. government issued (Secret) security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field is required

Typically requires 5 years finance/accounting work experience; OR an Advanced degree in a related field and 3 years finance/accounting work experience

Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution

Experience preparing contractual IPMR requirements for contractual EVMS programs

Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership and customer

Experience training finance team members in tools and processes

Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools

Understanding of AOP and Long Range Planning, program forecasting and metrics
