Mortgage Inspector (occupancy)

National property inspection company looking for an independent contractor in the following areas:

Prescott, Prescott Valley, Paulden, Dewey, Mayer.

Volume is moderate roughly 110 inspections a month in this area. Files pay $9-$25 per depending on inspection type, area, interior and Loss files pay more. Most inspections are drive by occupancy inspections with the following required photos: Street Sign, Street view, Front of home, Address Number and up to 3 visual occupancy indicators (can be 3 photos of cars in drive if necessary). Additional inspections require a door card to be left at the property if contact is not made, with a photo proving you left it. Each inspection only requires 3-8 minutes of your time and are paid per inspection depending on what area you reside. All inspections are required to be completed and uploaded on your phone using a free downloadable application.

The following tools are required for this position:

Android or I phone with data capability.

Home computer, printer (some types of cards and vacant notices are required to be printed)

Reliable fuel-efficient vehicle

Mapping program or directional skills

In order to achieve success in this role you must be reliable, trustworthy, able to communicate effectively with the company and homeowners.

No experience is necessary although it is preferred. Background checks will be conducted after successful completion of initial assignments.
