As a Federal Loan Officer, you have the ability to do loans in all 50 states, no state licensing tests as you'll be a W2 contractor for a federal credit union. NO experience necessary. Training provided.

You also have the ability to build a team of MLOs nationwide and earn additional income.

- Originate loans from Home ((50 States) - No License Required

- Earn Commissioners (Part-time or Full-time)

- Help families become homeowners, even those with low scores & low income

- Govt-sponsored mortgages: FHA, VA, USDA, as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

- Conventional, Jumbo Loan, Bank statement laons

- Manual underwriting on applications rejected by automated underwriting

- FHA 203K loans include Rehab Funds & DSCR

- Rental property, ITIN loans, rehab, HELOCs and other loans

- Background check and fingerprints required

- Must be at least 18 yrs old

- Starting originating loans in less than 2 weeks from home
