Mother Road Brewing Company Seeks Marketing Specialist

THE OPEN ROAD

Mother Road Brewing Company seeks a Marketing Specialist to create and share stories with our community across Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. The Marketing Specialist will work with our media creation and distribution partners to share stories authentic to our culture, through the right channels, to reach the right people.

Key Job Accountabilities Include:

-Creates and Executes Mother Road’s Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned (PESO) Media Strategy.

-Documents the authentic story of Mother Road in real time through photography, video work, and the creation of advertising resources.

-Engages in communication with guests and consumers on social media, online review platforms, telephone calls, and emails.

-Executes press releases on behalf of Mother Road.

-Ensures Mother Road brand guidelines are executed.

LICENSE TO DRIVE

Want to travel with us? The ideal candidate will have a track record of high performance, as well as cultural add. Qualifications include one year of social media marketing experience, intermediate photography and videography skills, and preferably three years of experience marketing and branding for consumer products goods brands preferably in alcohol or beverage marketing. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be able to travel up to 20% of the time, and must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed to cover Mother Road events. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history and the Southwest are a candidate bonus.

A FULL TANK OF GAS

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. The salary range is $48,000-$65,000.
