NOW HIRING: Experienced Handyman / Craftsman

We’re not looking for someone who just “wants a job.” We’re looking for someone who knows their way around tools, homes, and real-world problems. Somebody who can patch a wall, troubleshoot a light fixture, match old stucco, install a faucet, fix a fence, and still have time to make the customer smile.

This is for the experienced doer — the one who doesn’t need a how-to YouTube video to change a wax ring or frame in a door.

What You Need:

Your own tools — the basics, plus a small ladder and at least a 10–12 foot ladder

Real-world experience — drywall, paint, minor plumbing, electrical, stucco, trim, troubleshooting, etc.

Must be comfortable with doors, windows, and basic roof repairs — including tile roofs, flat roofs, and shingles

Ability to problem-solve, adjust on the fly, and not freeze up when something doesn’t go as planned — and just as important, the ability to set your pride aside and ask for help when you need it.

We’ve got a solid team in the field and an awesome staff in the office — if you hit a wall, we’ll help you figure it out. You just have to be willing to ask.

You read a tape, think ahead, and clean up after yourself

You show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat customers with respect

No degree required — we care about your craftsmanship, not your college credits

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record — that means no DUIs, no reckless driving, or anything that would prevent us from insuring you under our company policy. You’ll be driving a company van. No exceptions.
