Description We are looking for a meticulous Benefits Administrator to join our team in Scottdale, Arizona. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience. You will also assist in a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the delivery of excellent service.Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms or offices, managing any catering or technology needs. Maintain office access cards and valet parking logs for clients. Assist attorneys with witnessing document signings when needed. Collaborate with Office Services to fulfill office support requests, including preparing invoices for mailing and generating FedEx labels. Coordinate the delivery and pick-up of files and documents outside the office. Support legal assistants with time entry, expense report preparation, and file opening processes. Track MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) information as needed. Direct and coordinate maintenance requests for office furniture and equipment. Work closely with the Managing Shareholder and Office Administrator to plan and execute both internal and external events. Coordinate the physical setup of offices/work areas for new hires. Monitor and order office supplies as necessary. This role requires proficiency in several software and systems, including 'ADP - Financial Services', 'ADP Workforce Now', 'Ceridian', 'Kronos Timekeeping System', 'Microsoft Excel', 'About Time', and a thorough understanding of 'Benefit Functions', 'Claim Administration', 'Cobra Administration', 'Compliance'. Requirements Must hold a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Benefits Administrator role or similar Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with Ceridian, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Excel is required Experience with About Time software is a plus Understanding of Benefit Functions and Claim Administration Experience in Cobra Administration is necessary Must be knowledgeable in Compliance related to benefits administration Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment Must demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
