We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Dispatcher to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first voice our clients hear when they call — helping schedule rides, dispatch drivers, and keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling
Dispatch and coordinate drivers in the field
Manage basic office tasks and data entry
Provide excellent customer service
Help keep operations running efficiently
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, professional phone manner
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using a computer and phone system
Previous office/reception or dispatch experience a plus — but we will train the right person!
Reliable and ready to be part of a team that makes a difference
