IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a OnBase Analyst/Developer to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an ONSITE position. JOB DESCRIPTION:This position is responsible for the support of the Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility’s (DBME) OnBase document imaging system performing entry to senior level tasks. This includes participating on pilot or project teams for requirement gathering sessions with business owners and technology teams and perform business analysis and document the requirements of the solution. Understand document types, keywords, unity forms, OCR rules, Brainware, Document Composition, ability to analyze business rules to capture information from documents and the system and troubleshoot operational issues. Design activities include, but are not limited to designing and building workflow, configurations, and migrating documents from other systems. Other duties as assigned.The incumbent should have experience with document classification, extraction, capture, processing, routing, configuration and administration of OnBase systems, reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery of OnBase platforms as well as advanced knowledge and an in-depth understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) terminology, principles, tools, and technologies. Incumbent may have to interact directly with the customer as well as business and technical stakeholders. Professional oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical people are critical in this position.From the agency: "Client is preparing to return to office work locations with some remote work. Our decision on this will be based on where the applicant lives. Our last applicant did very well working remotely and lived out of state.Prefer to have the candidate live locally and be able to participate in office work with the possibility of some remote work days; however, this is a very unique skill set and difficult to find applicants with it so we may be forced to look out of state. I don't want to force people to relocate as this job may be able to be done remotely as was such with out last candidate.
