Operations Specialist

Description We are in search of an Operations Specialist to join our team based in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves ensuring smooth daily operations, enhancing client engagement, and supporting our team in delivering exceptional services. Being a part of a dynamic team, you will leverage both technical and soft skills to facilitate information exchange, assist in proposal development, and ensure efficient operations.Responsibilities: Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth operations and effective time management Facilitate information exchange among team members and clients Assist in the development of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations Utilize CRM to process and track customer applications accurately Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with company standards and regulations Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and appropriate responses Use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis Ensure office functions are carried out efficiently and effectively Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time management Ensure all client engagement documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
