Our company has built a successful business on the East Coast specializing in high-quality aftermarket upgrades for RVs, Jeeps, trucks, and performance vehicles. From advanced electrical and suspension upgrades for Sprinter, Promaster, and Transit-based RVs to custom work on off-road and performance vehicles, we’ve earned a strong reputation for doing things right. Now, we’re ready to expand—and we’re looking for the right person to lead that charge in the Scottsdale area.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just want to turn wrenches—but wants to run the shop as if it’s their own. We’re seeking a hands-on operator with deep experience in automotive upgrades, DC and AC power systems, and a vision for building a top-tier team. You won’t be alone—we’ll guide you every step of the way. Initial training will be provided at our Florida facility to ensure you’re fully immersed in our systems, standards, and culture. From there, you’ll work closely with us to build the Scottsdale location from the ground up—hiring your team, designing workflows, and ultimately running the operation with autonomy and pride.
