- Bachelor's degree and 8 to 10 years experience and experience implementing OTM cloud versions
- Led and managed three to five full life cycle OTM implementations in large and complex environments
- Led and managed one to two end-to-end full life cycle implementations with experience migrating OTM on-premises version to cloud environments
- Led and been responsible for deployments of the OTM core modules with deep functional and domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentations
- Experience in designing solutions across modes of Transportation, including the Truck Load, Less Than Truck Load, Ocean, Air and Parcels
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with technical configurations, such as Business Automation Agents, SQL, PL/SQL and Stored Procedures
- Comprehensive logistics, supply chain process and functional knowledge
- Hands-on experience with interface design and mapping
- Led, managed and contributed to:
- Functional and technical discovery workshops
- Performing fit-gap analysis (functional and technical)
- Analyzing and transforming to application requirements
- Communicating with the client
- Preparing and reviewing documentation
