We are looking for aCustomer Success Specialistto drive customer engagement through relationship building and training.
Responsibilities:
Connect with all new customers via telephone and email
Train new and existing customers on the basics of 1stMILE software
Act as a liaison between Sales, Technical Support, and the customer
Log all calls and actions in the CRM system
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years of telephone customer service or sales experience and a high school diploma or its equivalent is required
Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
Experience supporting software and hardware products preferred
The ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions and solve problems
Excellent time management and customer service skills
