Part Time Janitorial / Cleaning Person Needed

We are seeking a responsible, honest, dependable individual with reliable transportation.

Daily cleaning duties to be performed 5 days per week. Ideal work schedule is early morning or late night.

The job typically requires 3-4 hours per day (15-20 hours per week).

Duties include:

- Thorough cleaning of 5 restrooms

- Supply replenishment (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sanitizers, etc.)

- Floor mopping, vaccuming

- General facility cleaning such as dusting, window cleaning, trash pickup, spill cleanup, changing light bulbs, etc

- Weekly light power wash and/or hose wash down of courtyard concrete and table areas

- Ladder climbing and light lifting duties are to be expected
