Responsibilities:Candidate will carry a quota and/or revenue target and will

be held accountable for all aspects of the business relationship with Siemens DISW

Channel Partner reps in a defined geography.

Ultimately, this critical contribution will enable the North American

Channel to contribute to the success of the America’s Zone and greater success

of Siemens.These responsibilities will include (but are not limited

to):Territoryplanning and execution with the Channel sales reps

Createand adhere to quarterly business plans with the Partner sales reps

Ensureplan accountability with frequent interaction and reviews

Useobjective monitoring tools to measure progress and identify potential problemsbefore they occur

Engagewith other PSE II colleagues, as necessary, to expand the portfolio

Understandingof and ability to articulate the Siemens DISW message

Coachand mentor Partner Sales reps on the intricacies and details of the portfolioand secure the appropriate resources for the Partner

Indirectrevenue management and co-selling for the assigned geography

Worktowards 100% contribution and execution from each Partner Sales Rep

Supportincreasing Partner sales productivity by leveraging all channel efforts toinclude field marketing, product launches, and product promotions

EnsurePartner Sales Reps adhere to SIEMENS DISW Channel policies including employingand consistently taking advantage of productivity tools such as Sales Forcedeal tracking and Saba for training

Mustdemonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment

Responsiblefor upholding Siemens integrity/best interests

MinimumRequirements:Bachelor’sDegree

Atleast 5 years of recent experience in selling High Tech products of some type(Strongly prefer enterprise software). Please ensure you specify the productsin your resume.

Businessdevelopment acumen and experience selling to “C-level” principals in the Smalland Mid-Sized Business (SMB) market

Mustcurrently reside in one of the locations posted

Strategicplanning experience, proactive business skills, financial management skills,and strong collaborative skills

Excellentoral/written communication and listening skills

Workingknowledge of Channel Sales and indirect reseller business model is essential

Accountselling and management skills with project management experience is preferred

Superiororganizational and time management skills

Energy,curiosity, spirit, and a winning attitude

Abilityto multitask managing multiple projects and campaigns

Experiencedealing with cross functional teams

Provennegotiation experience and skills will differentiate
