Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Chandler, Arizona. Working within the Internet Service Provider industry, you will be tasked with troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving computer systems. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our hardware and software components function optimally to provide excellent service to our clients.Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair issues with computer hardware including Dell Technologies and Mac Computers. Install and configure Linux Technologies and Active Directory. Conduct AB Testing to ensure the efficiency of our systems. Use your knowledge of IBM systems to maintain the smooth running of our operations. Install and manage cable installations for our infrastructure. Provide technical support for Apple Devices within our organization. Implement and oversee Backup Technologies to secure our data. Regularly update and maintain accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. Requirements Proficiency in Computer Hardware and Dell Technologies Familiarity with IBM and Linux Technologies Experience with Mac Computers and AB Testing Knowledge of Active Directory and Apple Devices Proficiency in Backup Technologies and Cable Installation Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PCs Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team Relevant certification or equivalent experience in a similar role Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends.
