Description We are in the process of recruiting a PC Technician for our team in the Internet Service Provider industry, located in Chandler, Arizona, 85286, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a PC Technician, your primary responsibilities will include the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, working with various technologies, and ensuring optimal system performance.Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware including Dell and IBM technologies. Manage Linux and Mac systems, ensuring their smooth operation. Perform A/B testing to compare system performances and implement improvements. Utilize Active Directory for managing and providing support to user accounts. Provide technical support for Apple devices including Mac computers. Implement and manage backup technologies to ensure data safety and integrity. Carry out cable installation for network and hardware devices. Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement in system performance. Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and improve system efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by resolving client inquiries promptly and accurately. Requirements Must have strong knowledge of Computer Hardware Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required Familiarity with IBM systems is essential Must have a strong understanding of Linux Technologies Experience with Mac Computers is necessary Knowledge of AB Testing is a plus Should be familiar with Active Directory Experience with Apple Devices is beneficial Proficiency in Backup Technologies is necessary Should have experience in Cable Installation Must have excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills are necessary Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Should have the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively A strong understanding of internet service provider industry is beneficial.
