Engaging in the Internet Service Provider industry, the role involves handling computer hardware, utilizing various technologies, and ensuring optimal system performance.Responsibilities: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, focusing on Dell Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, and Mac Computers. Conduct AB Testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of various systems. Utilize Active Directory to manage networked resources, enhancing system coordination. Provide support for Apple Devices, ensuring seamless usage and optimal performance. Implement Backup Technologies to secure data and ensure its availability when needed. Handle Cable Installation tasks, ensuring secure and efficient network connections. Monitor and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, sharing knowledge on Dell Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, and Mac Computers. Keep up-to-date with advancements and updates in Computer Hardware and related technologies to ensure up-to-date and efficient service provision. Regularly perform system checks and maintenance procedures to ensure the smooth running of operations.
