Role Summary The Analyst, Security will be responsible for the physical security checks of multiple area and be responsible for opening and closing activities. This candidate will also assist in the development, administration and adherence to security policies and procedures for Special Access Programs (SAPs) in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment to ensure compliance with the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, JSIG, and ICD-705. What You Will Do:

Interfacing with internal and external customers providing guidance and support with regard to their respective SAP(s).

Assist in administering security procedures as they relate to operating in a classified environment for: Physicals Security, Opening & Closing, security inspections, fixed facility checks, personnel processing.

Implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and proprietary test plans utilizing risk management principles.

Support the establishment, accreditation, and maintenance of a secure facility in accordance with (IAW) ICD 705.

Qualifications You Must Have:

An Active and In-Scope TOP SECRET security clearance (Please note the current, final Top Secret clearance must have an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment – confirmed prior to interview.)

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.

Must be able to obtain and maintain SAP access.

Ability to work 2nd Shift until 2030/8:30pm-2100/9:00pm

A valid driver’s license is required, as this position may involve escorting individuals across business locations.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Previous experience as a security professional supporting SAP and/or SCI programs.

Experience with any of the following: NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, JSIG, and/or ICD 705.

Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study.

At least 2 years of National Security experience preferred.

Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (ex. Introduction to SAPs, ICD-705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
