Our client, an international commercial bank and venture capital firm, is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team remotely in AZ and/or UT! Required Skills & Experience

  • Candidates MUST be advanced or fluent in Mandarin.
  • Ability to develop strong positive relationships with external clients and internal partners.
  • Understanding of PPP loans and guidelines.
  • Experience in Fiserv, CRM, Microsoft Office 365.
  • 1+ years of experience in banking/financial services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Support the China Servicing Team by assisting in a wide variety of client requests through incoming phone/emails, including but not limited to:
    • Wires
    • DDA and collateral money market account maintenance
    • Additional accounts,
    • Credit and debit cards
    • Bill pay
  • Perform Account Maintenance activities, including but not limited to:
    • Manage overdrafts
    • Verify wire transactions
    • Update account signers
    • Investigate fraud issues
    • Research transactional activities
    • Provide support or training on on-line self-service tools
    • Handle requests for additional products (such as credit cards)
    • Liaison between client and internal business partners for problem resolution
    • Fraud monitoring, risk identification/resolution.
