Our client, an international commercial bank and venture capital firm, is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team remotely in AZ and/or UT! Required Skills & Experience
- Candidates MUST be advanced or fluent in Mandarin.
- Ability to develop strong positive relationships with external clients and internal partners.
- Understanding of PPP loans and guidelines.
- Experience in Fiserv, CRM, Microsoft Office 365.
- 1+ years of experience in banking/financial services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Support the China Servicing Team by assisting in a wide variety of client requests through incoming phone/emails, including but not limited to:
- Wires
- DDA and collateral money market account maintenance
- Additional accounts,
- Credit and debit cards
- Bill pay
- Perform Account Maintenance activities, including but not limited to:
- Manage overdrafts
- Verify wire transactions
- Update account signers
- Investigate fraud issues
- Research transactional activities
- Provide support or training on on-line self-service tools
- Handle requests for additional products (such as credit cards)
- Liaison between client and internal business partners for problem resolution
- Fraud monitoring, risk identification/resolution.
- Competitive Pay: Up to $25/hour, DOE
- Contract Duration: 6 Months
