Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery such as capsuling machinery, labeling, induction machinery, and other production equipment.

Perform regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and perform basic maintenance when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and output.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a factory setting, particularly as a Machine Operator or similar role.

Familiarity with materials handling processes and quality control measures.

Experience operating capsuling machines or similar machinery is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
