We are looking for a Microsoft

PowerApps Developer to join our Scottsdale, Arizona team. In this role you will be responsible for development of our unique Healthcare Senior Living Application utilizing both Microsoft PowerApps Portal and PowerApps Power platform for the development of our industry unique application. Preference will be given to Developers in the greater Phoenix area, but outstanding candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location. Remote work option available.

As a

PowerApps Developer you will:
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Office365 and PowerApps platforms based on industry best practices as well as business needs
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the Power Platform including PowerApps Development and Portal products.
  • Research integration and application issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff
  • Integrate other third-party web apps and add-ons such as Google Maps and Pipe Drive CRM
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications
  • Establish client relationships built on trust and respect
  • Participate and engage in all team meetings
  • Document best practices and operational procedures
  • Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment

Skills and Experience

Required:
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years of Microsoft PowerApps development experience
  • 2+ years of Microsoft PowerApps Portal product
  • Experience with design, development, and implementation of PowerApps Portal based solutions
  • Experience writing API calls (JavaScript strongly preferred)
  • Experience with administrative functions associated with Microsoft PowerApps environments.
  • Experience developing against Microsoft Dataverse data sources
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and direction
  • Ability to communicate issues to the business and to troubleshoot both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to collaborate with users, business leaders, and others to define and refine requirements
Desired:
  • Experience in developing for healthcare related businesses
  • Understanding of PowerApps security capabilities, including role-based authorization
  • UI / UX development experience
  • Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, and/or Power Platform Solution Architect
  • Experience developing, documenting, and implementing relational data models in SQL type databases
  • Understanding of JavaScript is a plus
