Position descriptionResponsible for driving the digital product strategy for Arizona Practice. Works collaboratively across all CDH domains and Mayo Clinic Shared Services. Works collaboratively with internal Mayo Clinic clients, including consultants, clinical and research professionals, administrators and external business partners. Represents Mayo Clinic in interactions with vendors, and non-Mayo partners in a positive and constructive way.

1. Translate business strategies into actionable and value-driven digital product and platform strategiesa. In collaboration with business partners, lead and shape digital product and platform strategies for near-term impact and long-term value.b. Ensure business partners' platform and product strategies have defined, measurable, and value-based milestones aligned to co-developed OKRs.c. Partner proactively, translate wider organizational context into insight and action, and drive prioritization while navigating competing priorities and different levels of digital literacy throughout the enterprise.d. Guide product, and enablement teams on business partner priorities and alignment to broader Mayo Clinic digital strategy.e. Advocate for CDH strategy and vision among senior executive leadership.f. Navigate executive level alignment to facilitate integrated strategic plans that deliver on distinct business objectives across partners.g. Quickly gain an understanding of the company's technology, products, services, and infrastructure.

2. Facilitate value and prioritization on now, next, and later opportunities, informing business unit prioritization and roadmaps alongside CDH prioritization and roadmapsa. Act as critical integration point between stakeholders, Practice Enablement, and Product organizations along with their teams' roadmaps, priorities, and plans.b. Influence roadmaps and priorities across Consumer Digital Platform and Product teams.c. Support a team model that embeds with key business partners and acts as liaisons and critical connective tissue across CDH.d. Support innovation with a focus on scaled enterprise value.e. Guide business decisions concerning when to prototype and when to scale up successful prototypes.

3. Develop digital product and platform strategya. Conduct digital product research.b. Derive opportunities through a data-driven analysis and decision process; synthesize insights based on market research, behavior analytics, unknown needs analysis, and CDH strategies.c. Manage ongoing stakeholder and team communication and engagement on needs, opportunities, priorities, roadmaps, and impact.d. Manage the ongoing product strategy refinement and alignment with the CDH Core Strategy Team, stakeholders and partner teams including Mayo Clinic Platform and Mayo Clinic Ventures.

The salary range every 2 weeks is approx. $5,312 -$7,702.40 based on a full-time position.

Qualifications Bachelors degree and 7+ years of digital strategy and product management experience with formal product management techniques, tools, and principles involved in planning and delivering new software products and services. 3+ years of management experience in a digitally-led software environment, exposure to managing software applied hardware solutions a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with different business units about business requirements, product management process, and technology. Proven track record of building software solutions in the cloud and a deep understanding of cloud computing best practices and consideration for scale, efficiency, and performance. Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical product sets, manage trade-offs, and evaluate innovation needs against product backlogs and strategies is required. Experience navigating transformation in highly regulated industries is a plus. Deep experience as a product manager within Agile/SCRUM/Kanban product development approaches and enterprise-scale software development environments is required. High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Experience with value-driven product measurement.

Compensation Detail Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $5,312, based on a full-time position.
