Procurement Intern – Summer 2025Job Summary:As a Procurement Intern, you will support the procurement team by analyzing data, conducting research, and helping to implement process improvements. You will gain hands-on experience in procurement operations and contribute to cost-saving strategies and efficiency enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization and learn about procurement in the renewable energy industry.Duration of Internship: May 19th – August 8thKey Job Responsibilities:

Analyze procurement data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic procurement decisions.

Assist in developing and implementing process enhancements to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct research on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging suppliers in the renewable energy sector to inform sourcing strategies.

Support low-level management in day-to-day procurement tasks, including data entry, report generation, and vendor communications.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize procurement processes and contribute to the overall success of supply chain operations.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting on procurement activities, assisting in monitoring key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or a related field (Supply Chain Management preferred).

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with procurement software is a plus.

Strong research skills and ability to stay informed on industry trends and innovations.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable. This position is located onsite in our Chandler, AZ office.

Relocation is not available for this role.

US Person is required for this role.

Work hours will be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Juniors preferred as this opportunity has a strong chance of transiting into a full-time/perm role.
