- 5+ years of experience in developing product requirements & roadmaps, driving product development and management.
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking (risk management) domain.
- Own & manage projects end to end that are a part of the overall product roadmap.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand all existing servicing customer journeys and how they are used across business units today.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into defined features & user stories.
- Manage the backlog of features/user stories and prioritize them into sprints for the tech team to develop according to project timelines.
- Own & manage the quality of the product you build by managing the User Acceptance Tester.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience effectively managing a backlog using Jira or any other development management software.
- Related business work experience, with prior history in designing customer and/or agent centric product features/journeys.
- Good understanding of API.
- Certified Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master (Must).
