Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people around the world.You will join our Health Sciences Spearhead within the Environmental Health market in CaliforniaAs our new Product Safety and Stewardship Mid-Career Practitioner, you will be part of a team that provides risk management and regulatory compliance assistance to an international client base.Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:Exercising expertise and competence in product chemistry, regulatory compliance, exposure and risk assessment, toxicology, and/or other relevant disciplines to produce technical reports to clients.Work with senior practitioners to publish articles and make presentations to maintain and/or increase recognition as a subject matter expert by peers in one or more of the above disciplines.Exhibit excellent analytical and verbal and written communication skills.Employ effective project managements skills and client relationship skills to successfully act as a trusted advisor to clients.As a strong leader with good people management skills, provide vision, guidance, mentoring, and training to junior staff.Work with senior practitioners to collaboratively conduct marketing and business development activities to generate and maintain revenues and profits from new or existing clients based on our “seller-doer model”.Collaborate with Health Science and Product Safety and Stewardship practitioners within and outside local business unit and internationally in the management, planning, innovation, marketing, business development, project implementation, recruiting, training, mentoring, and other activities.Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $90,000 and $100,000.  Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
