We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize our production operations. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality output. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, lead times are reduced, and our culture of continuous improvement is maintained. This is a critical leadership position with opportunities to impact operations, team development, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Team Development

o Build and sustain a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support team members in their professional development.

o Implement training and cross-training programs to increase skill versatility and workforce resilience.

Production Planning & Execution

o Manage production schedules and resource allocation to meet delivery, cost, and quality objectives.

o Utilize ERP and manufacturing software to optimize workflows, monitor performance, and track production metrics.

Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

o Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and shorten lead times.

o Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

o Lead special projects focused on space utilization, new product integration, and process upgrades.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Partner with Sales to prioritize and expedite customer orders and assist in developing custom solutions.

o Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely availability of raw materials and special-order components.

o Work with Quality Assurance to align production processes with internal and industry quality standards.

Safety & Compliance

o Enforce safety protocols and promote a proactive safety culture across all production areas.

o Ensure compliance with relevant workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.

5–10 years of experience in an assembly or industrial manufacturing environment.

2–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role with proven team leadership success.

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and quality standards.

Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

ERP/MRP software proficiency; experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 standards is preferred.
