The Program Coordinator serves as a resource to staff the inter-disciplinary team and community caring for the patients within specific area. Demonstrates knowledge in the care of patients with specific diagnosis.QualificationsMINIMUMHigh School Diploma / GEDA minimum of three (3) years of related clinical experience within the healthcare industryORA minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working in healthcare program coordination required.Basic computer skillsPREFERREDBachelor's degree5 (+) years experiencePay Range$25.25 - $36.61 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
