Job Description:Story Lane Box is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the successful execution of multiple projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with our project management team, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Responsibilities:Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and progress.Assist in the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all project objectives are met.Help resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.Support the project management team with administrative tasks as needed.
