- Rapidly learn and come up to speed on key in-flight initiatives.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, personnel, and resource allocation.
- Work with application developers, project managers, and business stakeholder to assist in requirement refinement and milestone development.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
- Coordinate resources from internal and external teams to ensure project completion.
- Monitor and track project progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Communicate project status and issues to senior management and other stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to shipping and logistics team Requirements + Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on either software implementation or in the parcel carrier industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of transportation and system implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management software and logistics management systems
- PMP certification a plus
