Project Manager

Description Our client, a large health system with a presence in Phoenix, is seeking immediate support from an experienced Project Manager to support multiple large ongoing projects. This is a hybrid on-site contract opportunity expected to last 3-4-months with potential to extend.Responsibilities Manage communications and coordinate logistics with participants to schedule calls and in-person meetings in a timely fashion. Attend meetings, record minutes and results. Update the Google Drive Folder, including posting scheduled meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, analytics, lists, and voting results. Generate and distribute monthly reports on project status, milestones and results to leaders within the organization. Develop and implement standard documentation, workflows and templates for communications, process changes and other business activities. Analyze and identify quality and cost opportunities within operations. Demonstrates work practices consistent with department-specific safety, security and infection control policies.Requirements Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline. Advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of industry experience in healthcare, including hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory facilities, and/or clinics. Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications preferred). Transformation strategy execution, including strategy execution, project portfolio management, or change management: Enterprise Project Management Office or related experience. Change management strategy development and implementation. Portfolio development, prioritization, and management. Planning and execution competency development.
