Property Manager

MUST BE LICENSED AZ REAL ESTATE AGENT

Handle all avenues of RESIDENTIAL property management and rental leasing of single family homes including but not limited to:

-Assisting homeowners with premarketing for upcoming vacancies including running CMAs for suggested rent rates

-Listing available vacant properties for rent through property management software and MLS

-Addressing any lease negotiations or questions homeowners/applicants might have

-Coordinating maintenance with techs

-Working with tenants on maintenance, property and leasing issues

-Marketing videos; creating and posting social media content

-Rent collection

-Meeting with new clients for initial property walk through

-Move out inspections

-The position is a full time (M-F) in office position, 1x month on call emergency maintenance and/or leasing on call

-Must be looking to work for a stable, reliable company that has been in the valley for 20 + years

-Must have current work history that can be validated

-Must have at least 1 year property management of single family homes experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year DOE
