IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Quality Assurance / Testing Lead to join our customer in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an Remote position. SummaryThis position will be assigned to a large software design, development, and implementation project to replace the existing Vocational Rehabilitation, Older Independent Blind, and Business Enterprise Program computer systems. This Senior Business Analyst will be assigned to and represent the RSA Project Team throughout all project Job Duties• Lead the development of the quality assurance and testing methodology• Develop the quality assurance process for all project deliverables• Develop the Test Case Inventory• Develop the Test Script Template• Review all Contractor project deliverables• Use the Contractor provided requirements management tool to oversee the mapping of all system requirements to tests to verify testing coverage and contractor scope completion• Perform quality assurance of all state and contractor produced test artifacts• Assign responsibility for development of test scripts to testers• Monitor and report the progress of test script development• Determine when automated testing is beneficial and incorporate in the test plan• Develop flow charts to describe “as is” and “to be” business processes• Attend a cross-section of Joint Application Design sessions for the web user interface, conversion, interfaces, reports, and correspondence to develop an understanding of the scope and needs of testingWork closely with RSA Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts to ensure adequate testing coverage• Develop the test schedule and assign test scripts to testers• Review reported defects for consistency and accuracy• Work with the Contractor Test Lead to resolve disagreements with defect classification and prioritization• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly test results reports• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly defects reported statistical reports• Assist with planning and execution of Operational Readiness Testing• Lead Operational Readiness Testing• Assist Implementation Activities.Knowledge and Skills• Working knowledge of the quality assurance and testing methodologies, techniques and tools for software testing.• Understanding of business processes for government benefits eligibility determination and payment of services.• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.• Ability to direct the testing responsibilities of up to 20 people in a matrixed work environment• Demonstrated ability to monitor multiple work thread and accurately report progress.• History of completing assignments by assigned deadlines.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Ability to negotiate and resolve disagreements related to testingPre-employment Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience performing software testing• At least one year leading a testing effort for a full lifecycle, design, development and implementation of a large application• Employee shall obtain and maintain a valid level one fingerprint clearance card that meets DES for a Level One card pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 41-1969.• Successfully pass background and reference checks THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES:Email your candidate/s resume to jb dot resumes at idealforce.com along with the following details: Rate, Current location and Availability.
