Quality Manager

Description:Responsibilities: Conduct internal process audits Perform product/process investigations, as part of customer complaints Initiate, follow-up, & close out internal & external corrective action requests/supplier corrective action requests Review procedures, work instructions, ECN/ECO and facilitate new/revised document training, as part of document control process Assist process owners maintain process summaries, risk/opportunity analysis, and process flows Assist in completing customer questionnaires Facilitate weekly QT9 Huddles Monitor and gather data for management review meetings Prepare company for internal and external audits Conduct internal process audits SOPS Deal with internal quality, customer issues, and supplier issues Build a program from scratch, so need to be comfortable implementing processesSkills:Iso 9001, sop, auditing, Quality assurance, Audit, Production, quality control, Corrective action plans, Quality managementTop Skills Details:Iso 9001, sop, auditing, Quality assurance, AuditAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday – FridayREQUIRED:Quality management experienceProject management experienceQT9 softwareWill be walking a lot, so must be comfortable with thatQualification criteria: Previously worked in an ISO 9001 work environment; Inspecting (receiving, in-process, final/out-going) work experience; Participated in ISO 9001 process implementation; Process audit experience; Document writing & control experience; and Corrective action monitoring experience.EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
