We seek a dynamic and dedicated couple to manage and execute a wide range of events while overseeing the daily operations of our beautiful guest ranch in Camp Verde. This live-in position is ideal for those passionate about hospitality, event planning, animal care, and hands-on ranch work.

Key Responsibilities
Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and execute events such as equine activities, weddings, corporate retreats, and family gatherings
- Collaborate with clients to create event timelines, layout plans, and coordinate with vendors
- Manage all logistics from setup to breakdown, ensuring seamless and memorable events
Sales Tours & Business Development:
Host tours for potential clients and promote the unique features of Jackpot Ranch
Cultivate bookings and inquiries through professional presentations and follow-ups
Ranch
Operations & Maintenance:
- Oversee daily ranch functions, including facility upkeep, land care, and hands-on tasks
- Feed and care for ranch animals and ensure their ongoing health and well-being
- Operate and maintain ranch equipment, tools, and irrigation systems
- Participate in general repairs and light construction projects, as needed
Guest Services & Hospitality:
- Ensure guest accommodations and facilities are clean, comfortable, and welcoming
- Offer guided tours or facilitate outdoor activities such as horseback riding or hiking
- Serve as the main point of contact during guest stays and events
Staff & Vendor Management:
- Hire, train, and manage seasonal/event staff, including maintenance, housekeeping, and hospitality teams
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships for catering, music, décor, etc.
- Delegate and oversee task completion across departments
Administrative Duties:
- Monitor construction and project progress, report updates to ownership
- Track inventory, supplies, and event equipment
- Create and submit weekly/monthly reports as needed
- Use computer software (Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM, etc.) to support operations
Qualifications
- Experience in ranch management, event planning, or hospitality (or all of the above!)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Hands-on skills in animal care, basic repairs, and operating machinery
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Comfortable with physical labor in an outdoor, rural setting
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills for scheduling, budgeting, and communication
Compensation Package
- Pay: $20/hour + commission on net event sales
