We are a team of real estate investors who like stated before, find ugly houses that need work, communicate & negotiate with homeowners, remove the bad, and find someone who needs a new house! It’s really that simple. From agents, to investors, and all the hard working contractors who repair the houses, we are a unified team looking to expand. We’ve done quite well thus far, and built up some great portfolios, but a stronger and bigger team is what we’re after.
We live in a land of opportunity. Yeah, there are many problems, and it’s not always the easiest job in the world, but if you are ok with being told “no” a few times and keep on chugging with your head held high then I think you’ll be in pretty good shape.
As stated before, this is about finding ugly houses and making them shine again. It’s really that simple. How big is the audience? Why is there so much money involved? Is it possible to do this without any experience? What do I need to get started?
Well, everyone needs a house, so yes, there’s a huge opportunity! And lots of meat on the bone! And yes, this can certainly be done without experience! The majority of any real estate person duties is staying organized, constantly motivated, striving to improve, and above all enjoy what you are doing in the now.
